Shotgun Paddy... RSA

I am confused and clearly missing something very obvious. Following the facile victory of Shotgun Paddy over the Nicholls talking horse Just a par, I can't understand why Shotggun Paddy is not in the Betfair RSA market and only appears in some other bookies lists. Could somebody with more knowledge and insight than me please explain.
