Anyone else having trouble getting bets on with our Irish friends? I am a really small punter but every bet I have tried to put on recently has been rejected on the advice of the risk department.
Today I tried to back Stonemaster to small stakes each way at 16/1 as BS were the only firm paying 5 places at that price (I wasn't aware it was a Pricewise horse). I was told I could have 25p each way at that price! When I complained I was told that it was a restriction on that market, and not specific to my account. I don't use BS much (mainly because they keep knocking me back!) but is this a common thing?

just close it down, bit pointless really if your restricted all the time, only getting buttons on. as i recall i only ever got £50 or £60 bets on with these jokers. ridiculous

I thought the minumum was £1.00 or £1.00 each way, that may be why, its rejecting your bet.

As i said in the other thread, use Bet 365 for non Betfair bets. They are brilliant.

cri****, I was trying to put on more than a £1, it was the bookies that restricted me to the 25p.
by purpose, last time I posted on here I don't think you could name the firm, but I meant Boyles, not Blue Square. |
