He should be already safely home with his grade 1 cup. Ridiculous decision to run in this, he'd have won that RSA doing cartwheels.
Expect him to win this too but I actually think it's a better race. Then again, you'd be hard pressed to find a worse festival race than today's RSA. |

Just watched the replays of Aupcharlie's last two runs and didn't quite seem to get home over 3 miles while cruising into contention on both occasions.
Went down by narrow margins to the 1st and 2nd in the 4 miler yesterday so form has been franked. Ran well at the festival in the past too (3rd in the bumper). Definitely the value in the race, imo. |
