Regarding Cheltenham prospects, Martin added “I've a few nice horses running – I've Beneficient running int he Arkle or the Jewson and both Blackmail and Golantilla in the bumper. Golantilla is a good horse and I'm very sweet in him. I was very impressed with his win at Cork and I'd sat he's a good one.

“I've also Ted Veale for a handicap and also Victrix Gale for handicap if she gets in. Saddlers Storm ran well in the Cross-Country Race there last year and ran well today.”

Having backed him at 40's for the Arkle I hope he turns up there! But no idea which way they're thinking. Looks like he's still in both after todays decs.

The way Simonsig performed,Benefficient could well have won the Arkle.
Think the owner of Captain Conan might be thinking what might have been as well!!

couldn't understand benefficients price tbh, 20/1 and had already beat captain conan easy over hurdles in a grade 1, would of probably just about beat oscars well in a grade 1 novice chase had oscars well not made that last fence mistake, Was even more surprised there was no money after all the novice chasers from ireland we're running well.

Thats the benefit of having a horse like Dynaste in the race,nice prices elsewhwere to take advantage of.
