Struggling to find any value betting-wise, and I'm close to concluding that backing Arvika to win w/o the fav is the way to go, BUT..

..there's gotta be a concern over it's jumping.  How much would it be a case of wishful thinking for me to say that it's soft fall last time out might have been due to having no purchase on landing in bottomless ground?  Seems this horse was garnering plaudits for its jumping prior to this.

My thinking is that the ground won't be fast enough for Overturn and if still standing Arvika will outstay Overturn up the hill, albeit with Simonsig already in the paddock being unsaddled!

Camels are actually incredibly fast.

Yes but can they safely jump fences at a Cheltenham Festival? Wink

Don't think Arvika has achieved anything in his career to suggest he has the ability to go with Overturn and out sprint him up the hill. Not saying he's a bad horse but I think it's a waste of time trying to find anyhing to trouble the front two in the market. It should be a great match and imo if Arvika can get within 5 lengths of the front two he will have done very well.

All about opinions though and who knows, Arvika could be the Imperial Commander to the Kauto Star and Denman in the 2010 Gold Cup!
