Lads, need some advice here if at all possible.
In order not to squander money on stupid bets in the lead up to the festival, I placed a deposit limit and loss limit for the last few weeks.
I'm going Tues & Wed and as such, last Wednesday (27th) changed all the limits back up using the betfair App on my phone, which should have come into effect today. Only they didn't, and having spoken with customer services, the amendments now wont come into force until next Wednesday night, by which time I'll be sat on the train home.
Anyone know of anything that can be done? who to write to etc etc???

Open an account with one of their competitors! Most of the year they are useless, the markets are too weak, but over Cheltenham there's nothing in it.
And if you haven't already, farm the free bet offers for opening accounts with traditional books. There is a few grand to be had for nothing if you can be bothered to fill all the forms in, and assuming you can afford the initial deposits (you can always do them over time if not)
