Just bought an ipad and want to use it at cheltenham races next week.Understand that racecourse has free wi-fi..does this benefit people out in the fresh air on the course..hope i havent said anything totally silly here..look forward to advice..thanks
Wi-Fi-is shocking there during the festival,no possibility of betting in running. You might get away with placing pre-race plays but wouldn't depend on it.

It could benefit you if you're outside, dependant on signal strength (?), but not sure how quick it would be. The other thing to take into account is just how busy it is at Cheltenham. Wouldn't want you to damage a nice bit of kit.

i went to cheltenham first time last year for champion hurdle day. didnt know there was wifi but wasnt a hope of getting phone signal(3). luckily i'd anticipated that this might be an issue and done all my bets and laying off beforehand. don't bank on internet access is what i'd say.
