package to World Hurdle and Gold Cup

I have been asked by a colleague at work to try and sell a package that includes travel from Brighton Haywards Heath Redhill or Staines on Thursday 14th .
All tickets to Best Mate enclosure and travel to hotel and costs of hotel included, the return to course on Friday for the Gold Cup and then the return home.
I will be contacting the helpdesk as to how I can move this forward.
The initial cost was £460-00 but my friend is asking for £300-00 upwards.
