I've e-mailed Alan King (seriously).
Well, you've got to love a trier haven't you? Will let you know when he gets back to me as clearly I am now his best friend in the entire world. |
By:
Cheers Roger.
I'm confident Alan will be pleased to hear from you and you will now become his "new bezzie mate" ![]() |
By:
Did you ask him, Roger? Or tell him it should be the Coral Cup?
![]() |
By:
Roger is far to busy being seduced by Alan King to respond to our questions now.
I expect the next time we will see him is leading Manyriverstocross into the Winners enclosure ![]() |

The horse deserves a change of luck, the run in peddlers neptune after almost getting brought down early on was very good, the 3rd behind menorah in the greatwood and placed in the tote gold trophy too, all good efforts, he showed the other day that there's still something to work with, a lively outsider.

By:
Just hope he doesn't run in the Coral as Minella Class is the one I like for that.
By:
you can back both of them!
By:
Yes, but only one can win !
By:
put 'em in the reverse exacta and don't rule out the dead heat.
![]() anyway, a long way to go before it gets to that stage. |
By:
Well now.
Received a phone call from Alan King this morning, I sh1t ye not. Very much undecided and will wait until nearer the time, so the game hasn't really moved forward much other than the horse is Cheltenham-bound....somewhere. But what a wonderful sport we are immersed in! When a top class trainer can take time out of his bust schedule to speak with a curious fan, who has no real business asking him anything. Total respect to Alan King for this. |

By:
yep, brilliant roger, very classy from Alan King.
I wish him and you multiple festival winners. |
By:
Blimey, what a class act. Hope the horse rewards him (and us) by winning the Coral/Conditionals!
By:
classy roger
![]() shame the horse has no chance wherever it runs. |
By:
If you back this horse you wont **** need many rivers to cross, because you will drown on the first river of piss you wated the money on backing this bull.
By:
Are you drunk graeme?
You seem to be very angry tonight. |
By:
I aint drunk, im just drinkin.
By:
Eboue..i havent enough booze, thats the drink problem...plus i gave up smockin last week for my 30th birthday and it sucks.
By:
ran a smashing race.
still think he might have done better in Coral Cup but might have struggled to get in to be fair. Will be interesting to see where he goes next. |
By:
Really happy with the £25 EW i had on at 40-1 the night before the race, if i'd waited until morning i could have got 50-1, but i'm happy that the horse ran really well and that a few on here also backed it

By:
Well done Bellfunk, didn't back it myself as I tend to stick to one a race, If I had backed two It would have been MRTC, you dont arf get some clowns on here without mentioning any names

By:

![]() Backed it in an each way double with Oscar Delta ![]() |

Gutted, I didn't read this earlier and get the 50s. I didn't really consider it early on and it wasn't until the rain started coming down I took a look at it as I know he likes the soft and realised how well handicapped he was so had a bit on Each way at 25s.
