Looking at arriving about 9am on the Tuesday for brekkie, trying to avoid the Bishops Cleeve carnage after racing and would rather walk a mile towards Motorway . Are those fields still being used towards Swindon Village ?

St Nicolas Church. You can ring them and pre-book. Fiver a day Tuesday to Thursday. Not sure on Friday.

A little further on there is free parking at the bowling alley/tile shop - GL51 9NA. Half an hour walk up to the course, beauty of it is that you often walk back to your car quicker than those in their cars drive to there, especially if the train is going across. In your car, straight out towards the motorway, queues bypassed and no cost.
