could this one end up running in the Gold Cup?
300/1 on here - had nibbles at slighly bigger. wondered thoughts on if i should take it down to 200 ish?
Could be its raxce before the National at with softish ground and McCoy on board i could see it around 25/1 on the day.

Anything can happen in racing so I wouldn't discourage you from having a dabble at 300/1, but he was well beaten in the Hennessey getting a stone off Bob's Worth. Can't see it coming close personally.

Wouldn't be a bad shout if it came up soft, although there's only 3 weeks between the Gold Cup & National which might dissuade connections.
The Hennessey run shouldn't be taken at face value, he's a big lump and Curtis said he'd need the outing. With that in mind, they'll surely be looking to give a spin beforehand somewhere if he's going for the National - why not in the Blue Ribband? Worth a few quid at the prices imo, so I've mopped-up the froth. Wouldn't be that dissimilar to a Cool Ground or Synchronised imo. He doesn't owe me any favours after last year's NH Chase - shame he can't run in that again! |

Teaforthree isn't going to win the gold cup but 4th 5th 6th even 3rd i can see that.Gold cup not a good choice for a national prep imo.
