just tried to back hurricane fly nrnb with boils and slybet. i'm already on at bigger odds but thought i'd have a bit more on. they are both going 7-4 and he is around 2's on here so i didn't expect any problems getting the bet accepted. the girl at boils told me nrnb is a 'special offer' that doesn't apply to me. then when i phoned slybet i was told my bets can only be placed online now, so i logged in and it wouldn't accept my full stake. i just wanted 200 at 7-4 nrnb with either of them, when you think of how much they will take during cheltenham it's nothing. why advertise nrnb and go on about it on tv when you won't lay a f*cking bet.

a lot depends on what the opposition do between now and the race but i don't expect it to be bigger than 7-4 on the day and it could be a lot shorter. remember it went off at 4-6 last year.

imo, there are at least 4 horses, other than HF, that can win this so 7-4 is a poor price. I would be amazed if you can't get 5-2, at the very least, on the day. Hold off as you have a nice price just now anyway.

Don't think he'll be much bigger, certainly not 5/2, it seems to me that the momentum has been building behind the horse for a while now.

Won't be 5/2 can see being 6/4, 11/8, my fellow country men will get stuck in on the day, although I'll be opposing him, there will also be loads of doubles and trebles with Simonsig and Quevega on the day

Save your money, 2-1 is a piss poor price for a horse with plenty to do. Much harder race this year than the year he beat Peddlers Cross.

They're saying HF is different this year because they know there could be soft ground. Thankfuklly some of us on here can tell the difference and know that any improvement this year would be more to do with the ground. If the ground is as good as when he he got beat last year, then i think the CH will go to one of the home mob.

Anyone know when Bet 365 are going NRNB on every race? They are usually first to do so iirc? Also does anyone know if I open an account with them can I deposit £200 to get £200 matched straight away or do I have to back something with my £200 first?
