Part of the fun fun is doing the work,but use the updates to tailor your selections.In some races he gets the field down to 8,but can only give you a shortlist of 4,sometimes leaving a 33/1 40/1 winner in the 4 he leaves out.

its a great book full fo stats and trends but i like picking my own although its a good boost to know that the trends back your selection up so if thats the case i usually have a slightly bigger bet.
