One of my most memorable races the 2008 Champion Hurdle just when I was getting interested in racing my first Cheltenham I watched on TV. I backed him at 10/1 only had £2.50 e/w on him when I was just a beginner at this game am only 27 now, when he won that was the moment I became hooked on racing. Thanks Katchit RIP!

Absolute little legend.
It's fair to say there have been, and will be much better horses; but never one as tough, who will never accept defeat like him. Shame to see his performance levels drop towards the end of his career, but nobody will remember them, and such a pity he couldn't have had a long and happy retirement. Everyone will remember him as a tough gutsy little horse who showed his arse to his elders whilst powering up his famous hill. |
