Does anybody know if the buses are running from the train station to the course on new years day?

just dip in your pocket and get a cab ben...much more comfortable
If it is anything like last year you will need to arrive early. People were still coming through the gate during the third race.
They had almost as many than at the Saturday of the PP meeting, with about a half of the facilities open - it was a nightmare.
BB, it is supposed to get brighter from Sunday here and I would think they will do all they can to get the punters through the door. If Wincanton could race on Boxing day, Chelt will have no bother.

Buy your entry ticket online in advance. Save you a fiver and you won't have to queue for one at the course.
