Needs bottomless ground doesn't he?

Absolutely love this horse. Fantastic form to beat Emma Lavelle's horse at Haydock last season. But he disappointed badly at Aintree on deent ground and I do have a the feeling he is a mud lark.

Not sure he'd have been suited by a track like Aintree, regardless of the ground.
I really wouldn't use that run to gauge whether he can handle anything other than bottomless ground. |

might be a soft ground festival this season lads, certainly worth bearing in mind when antepost punting imo
Chelt not normally soft this time of year, lot of rain has fallen, and no doubt a lot more to come. |

Also, do you think connections will want to run him against Boston Bob?

If the both go to the festival, Wylie will surely want them in different races. Would have thought BB could be very competitive over Jewson trip

I'm sure I've read contradicting quotes tbh but Mullins has at least mentioned the RSA. I would worry about him on better ground though.
