has anyone else failed to get paid by st james

on e.w bets on menorah?i bacled  it e/w on the 5th on march ,nrnb. they settled my bet as a loser, when i spoke to them on their"live chat" the said my bet changed from ante post to   "early prices" as it was non  runner no bet.i went back to them explaining (tey again) that all bets placed prior to  final decs were to be settled as ante post, the nrnb , doesnt change that as its a concession. personaly i think they were daft offering  this concession on a race where it was very possible  to end up with less than  8 runners , the same applies to the champ chase as it happens the was 8 runners.anyone whos not been paid on menorah should email them explaining that they were the only firm not paying on menorah and youll get paid.
