The coalitions latest wheeze to keep housae prices out of the reach of ordinary people is to offer 500k house loans paid for by you and me.

I have been collecting properties since 1988 when I bought my first one, got 16 of them now including two apartment buildings with 8 and 6 flats in them. Best thing I ever did. My advice is to get in when the prices are down
