Whats the craic with antepost cheltenham NRNB & rule 4s?

The operators @ the books dont seem to have a fookin clue(no change there then)
Anyone have definitive answers ?

there is no such thing as a rule 4 in an antepost market, it can only be applied after the final declarations

I agree .Rang customer services said R4 wouldnt apply despite the idiots taking bets x2 plus a supervisor who said it would.
Tried again spoke to operative asked him the question classic reply I wouldnt know that sir I only take bets .FFS YOU MUPPETTS office cleaner would have a better idea..
