was at belfast preview where Elliot said he wished owners would let him run in Coral Cup as he thinks the trip suits better and that he would really fancy him in coral race

haha Realdeal why Henderson is it cause he plots up horses for the handicaps and you here nothing about till the day when McManus weighs in and the beasts price is cut in half.

Davy Russell has been saying for weeks that Carlito isn't good enough for the World Hurdle.

Not sure I'd want to back every opinion that Davy's offered over the last month though!

wouldnt put it past him to declare for Coral Cup to keep weights down for Toner D' then pull it at last minute and run in WH (Toner still getting backed @ 12 for Coral Cup on here today despite being bottom of list!)

a pointless exercise considering the favourite for the race shares top weight with him

Could be something to do with this comment from D Duggan at a preview night........?

Albert Bartlett Novices’ Hurdle
DD: Mount Benbulben would be the pick, but Gordon Elliot’s yard isn’t really in form for one reason or another, and he might swerve the race. If Boston Bob wins his race however, the Irish form will be well franked.

I've heard nothing else though to substantiate any concerns with his horses' wellbeing.
