From an ante-post punting point of view it's a crying shame that this guy trains fancied horses in nearly every race.
It makes it very difficult to get stuck into anything before NRNB comes in.
He may be a great trainer of racehorses but I'd still love to chin him :)

lads in fairness to him hes right to wait.he primary concern is to his owners.im sure we will all agree if it rained all sun nite and all day monday his targets might change?if going changes he might switch boston bob to neptune etc?..he right imo..

evidently only a very select few of his owners get to know as well, but enough know to influence the price on betfair it seems.  if anyone is interested, i gather that pique sous is the best of his bumper horses.

When: 11 Mar 12 14:54
that is correct, had been working very well for the last couple of weeks on the run up to the festival and mullins was getting very excited, then put in a lesser piece of work at the begining of last week, just worked a little flat that day,but nothing found wrong and still very likely davy will be on and looks to have as good a chance as any

Willie Mullins reports that Thousand Stars will take his chance in Thursday's World Hurdle at Cheltenham
By:
BJG
When: 11 Mar 12 18:45
Speaking after A Fine Young Man's win at Naas today, Champion Trainer Willie Mullins has given his Cheltenham running plans for his hurdlers, including his high profile novice Boston Bob.

Mullins said “Boston Bob will be kept to the end of the week for the Albert Bartlett Novice Hurdle. I was talking to Mr Wylie (owner) this morning and that is what I said and he is happy enough to do that.”

“Midnight Game, Simenon and Allure of Illusion will probably be my three runners in the Supreme Novice Hurdle while Mark Your Mark and Sous Les Cieux will run in the Neptune Novices. I've not made decision on which race Felix Yonger will run in yet.”

“In the World Hurdle I will have four runners - Mourad, Mikael d'Haguenet, So Young and Thousand Stars.”

What a team for the World Hurdle and no certainty to get one placed. This race is looking more exciting than Champion Hurdle or Champion Chase.

The odds seem to suggest that thousand stars is not a certain runner in the world hurdle.
