At around 16/1 he is in my opinion a good bet. Like you say done nothing wrong and represents top trainer and jockey combo

You have highlighted the negative - despite looking very solid the 16/1 has been available for a long time. Darlan on the other hand has not shown that he produces off the bridle but punters are falling over themselves to back him on the basis of what might have been last time.

I'm surprised he's still available at 16/1. Seems a very fair price. Wouldn't be surprised if he was single figures on the day, assuming Geraghty is up top.

Would be surprised if Barry wasn't on Tetlami

Its a great trading opportunity if nowt else; no way will a Henderson/Geraghty runner go off bigger than 10/1 in the Supreme

Did Geraghty not say that Tetlami wudn't get within a furlong of Darlan?

Tetlami is a first foal. He meant a son of Daylami has won the Supreme.

Evening everyone!

I've been really keen on Tetlami ever since his win at Sandown! I got on at 20/1 in the anticipation that he might get up by pricewise pre his usual tuesday market destroyer! http://onetojump.blogspot.com/2012/02/festival-ante-post-selection.html

As everyone knows, he didn't. He put up vulcanite who since disappointed behind montbazon. A line through vulcanite sees montbazon and tetlami on a level par but you can get Tetlami at 16/1 still while Montbazon is as short as 9/1. Montbazon is an improver and I like him but I'm going to stick with my guns.

what I really can't understand is why there has been no hype about tetlami whatsoever. Hendo never seems bullish about him, nor does barry but he has really strong form. While hype accounts for very little I'm just surprised more has not been said about this tough novice who will see out the race really well.

For those that haven't seen it yet, Skybt are doing first 5 places and you can get teltami at 12/1. I've got stuck into this as I can't see him out of the top three let alone the top five.

All in all it is an open race but I'm sticking with this fella as he is tough and acts at the course!

I think they are keen on this horse, but he has been slightly over shadowed by Darlan.  On ATR he is fairly positive;

“If I didn’t have Darlan I’d be sitting very contented on the run up to the Supreme Novices’, he has plenty of pace and is a good horse. He handled soft at Sandown when he won after a year off and was unbelievable. The horse takes very little work which is why he’s so good fresh.”

I'm on tetlami @ 16/1, I'd worry though that according to Anthony Bromley Geraghty said Tetlami won't be within a furlong of Darlan.

Geraghty is getting a tad silly and needs to quieten down a tad imo,furlong ffs!!
