Me too - but he should be hung if it turns up in all honesty!

Decs out in a few mins so we shall know then
Report The Headmaster March 7, 2012 12:06 PM GMT
Someone guessing, which is fair enough, although guessing at 17 isn't so clever.

Thousand Stars still entered
Report Mr Mischief March 7, 2012 1:37 PM GMT
Thousand Stars will run in this. Aintree is his main aim though
Report db1974 March 7, 2012 1:44 PM GMT
The odds would suggest that the World Hurdle is still the target at Cheltenham

Maybe they're just leaving him in in case something happens to HF - he would then be stable first string in this race
Report Fallen Angel March 7, 2012 2:15 PM GMT
In an interview with PP Ruby strongly hinted that 1000 stars would go for the world hurdle rather than the champion. Can't believe that someone wanted to back spirit son at 20s or any price below that. Even if it turned up I would be a layer. It hasn't been seen on the track for nearly a year. Money on the street comment is spot on.
Report resner not lesnar March 7, 2012 2:28 PM GMT
Willie Mullins has been saying Champion Hurdle for Thousand Stars for a while.

I would prefer to see him in the World Hurdle as I backed him for it last year. I think other than OW he's the only other horse who can get competitive.
