I did lastnight for the first time in my life.

I've never ridden a horse in my life but lastnight I was sat on Grumeti. I was galloping up and down my High School English corridor on the animal!

I hadn't been drinking and I've never seen that horse race before so god knows how that creeped into my dreams....

Not actually about a horse but had a dream about my landing light playing up the night before the horse landing light won the tote gold trophy.

Did it stay until the science labs Eboue or was it off the bit as you went past the staff room?

In the 90s when Sherwood was having more winners I dreamt that he won the National, all I knew was he wins National. I checked his entries and the only 1 he had was Callisoe Bay. I cannot remember the night of the dream but it was obviously March. The next Saturday it was Midlands National and Sherwood had 1 runner Hym Of Praise I had a £10 on it. It was at the back most of the race but stayed on to win at 16-1. Callisoe Bay I don't think even ran in the National but my dream was right about Sherwood.

Bizarrely I had one last night. I've had a couple in recent weeks but can't remember them.

I used to put a bet on the King George for my Grandparents as a fun Christmas present. I dreamt that they gave me a bet for Cheltenham, £10 on Population in the Bumper Crazy I've not really given the horse much consideration so it's most weird.

Dreamed Lear Fan won the 2000 Guineas the week before the race.  Stuck it in a double with Pebbles in the 1000 which duly won.  Lot of money riding on Lear Fan for a 17yo kid.  Realised I might be in trouble when the stalls were on the wrong side Laugh

In the run-up to every Festival ALL dreams get horsey. Remember to lay the blame firmly at the Festival door if questioned....
'Oh yes Officers it's early March, I can SMELL the 10.15 out of Paddington MMMM bacon rolls/cider/Racing Post...
Of COURSE I woke you up SHOUTING IN MY SLEEP/quoting 5-4 about the Fav....sorry Guv.
But then sure enough one's own graffiti shouts 'RUN HIM IN THE TRIUMPH or (die)'..
So you wake up sweating again as it appears on all walls.

yep but it was like a nightmare. it was a few years back and i had a few quid at over 300s on one knight to win the gold cup.IT was really strange as he was running the same race as it did when it won the sun alliance, it was clouting a few fences but it was absoloutly tanking and one by one its challengers were dropping off, then with the race at his mercy i think at the top of the hill before the 2nd last dicky johnson just got off the horse yes i mean he just got off !!!! strange but thats dreams for u !!
