Gone a bit quiet about this one, but I think it will have every chance if lining up in the bumper. Likes the likely good ground, tough as boots, battle hardened.
There has been no news. He has already won four bumpers so presumably holding him back. I don't think the Irish are strong and the Aintree run arguably makes him the best of ours. Got to factor in that Royal Guardsman was not at his best that day and Bowen stable like a few not in best of form. Numerous others have been talked up but these are the two I like best and my preference would be for Royal Guardsman with the recent run and possibility that being a year younger he may have the greater potential and a touch more class.
