Zilzal - You should know these well enough Wink
1 is from the last decade, and 5 from the 90's.

Top-grade winners, and they're famous enough.

Report Hugh-Mongous February 17, 2012 11:49 PM GMT

Report Hugh-Mongous February 17, 2012 11:54 PM GMT
Not Esha Ness.
It's almost unfairly difficult as many top horses have had very similar colours.

Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 12:03 AM GMT
I can't believe you're struggling on Q.1...it's too easy for clues, but I'll tell you it's a sprinter from the last decade.
Report duffy February 18, 2012 12:04 AM GMT
is it soldiers tale?
Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 12:04 AM GMT
Not Baracouda...he had black silks before McManus bought him after The Long Walk
Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 12:04 AM GMT
Soldier's Tale wore orange silks I think...so not him either

Report duffy February 18, 2012 12:28 AM GMT
baffled by 10. although that grey is ringing a faint bellHappy
Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 12:31 AM GMT
11. is a top colt from the 80's and the grey in the other picture was runner-up to the one in orange.
It was a Group One race at royal Ascot in the 90's, so that should help a bit.

Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 1:12 AM GMT
Someone got that one...it was The Fellow, Jodami & Young Hustler.
Report duffy February 18, 2012 1:14 AM GMT
no.11 i mean?...you said it was a colt from the 80's
Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 1:19 AM GMT
No.11 is a colt from the 80's but the Marquessa colours are The Fellow in Q.12

Those are purple colours for Q.11 Confused

Q.10 is a Group One race at Royal Ascot in the 90's...it is
a tough one though.
Report duffy February 18, 2012 1:34 AM GMT
i'm flummoxedConfused
Report tomdeane February 18, 2012 2:16 AM GMT
I think 11 is Chief Singer?

10 is a real thinker though - is it a Geoff Wragg horse?
Report Hugh-Mongous February 18, 2012 2:47 AM GMT
Chief Singer correct Tom, but that's not a Wragg horse in Q.10
The second was Cumani's and was fav, if that's of any use,
but the winner's trainer would just give it away too easy.
Report judorick February 18, 2012 3:03 AM GMT
