I was hoping it would be Hammersley Lake

We should get a big clue in a couple of hours.

He's only entered 4, Lyvius, Otto The Great, Ozeta, Une Artiste.  Can only be Lyv or UA loking at the market.  The former makes his hurdles debut today, the latter won what appears to have been a fillies hurdle at Pau and is entered all over the place this weekend.  So I guess by Sunday, we might well know?Plain

Not Lyvius then.

bit harsh too be saying that surely hes done exactly the same as dildar actuaally hes probably achieved more than he did winning a better race and at least lyvius CAN JUMP unlike dildar

Nothing wrong with that display. Jumped and travelled very well.

I would always forgive a horse for looking workmanlike up that long tiring run in.

Yes - he hurdled like a steeplechaser!

I seriously doubt beating two horse by less than 3 l giving 9 and 16 lbs (albeit with a 4 yo weight allowance) is triumph winning form. He'll also have to improve his hurdling mssively - if he takes that long in the air the good hurlders will be taking 2 l ou of him at every flight.

Not sure he's a Triumph horse but he did improve his jumping as the race went on & he won which is the main thing. Would agree it wasn't any worse than the run by Dildar tbh.

Yep jumping was clearly the main concern.... talk about giving them air! But excellent run on debut imo... the leader set a pretty fierce gallop and he travelled really well throughout.

I'd be very surprised if he was the Triumph winner mind you.

yeah same here and he probably wont even run but hes done everything right hes jumping was fine and it did improve the faster they went.

like i sed to my mind hes achieved far more than dildar did who was also in receipt of weight when he won and dildar jumping was awful compared to lyvius
