All experienced festival followers/punters have stories of the 'one that got away'....a horse that we knew we should have backed, or changed our minds on, and then it goes and wins at a decent price.
Not asking what they were, I am looking towards this years festival and asking about the horse you know you're going to be cursing yourself about....saying "I knew it! I knew it!...why didn't I back it!" (you didn't because you cant back them all!!)

Bog Warrior in the Arkle would be a particular pisser !
Batonnier for me. Saw it on trials day. I think Fingal Bay or Boston Bob have the Neptune between them.....but something in me knows I will kick myself for not backing it.

Riverside Theatre for the Ryanair.
Rubi Light, Kauto Stone, Somersby and of course Albertas take my eye, but I have to remind myself that Riverside was my strong fancy last year before his injury struck.

Was in a hospitality tent and Micky Fitz came in and ran through the card, he said that Tiutchev was flying, couldn't be better and they expected him to win.
When he finished I grabbed him and said I've looking to have a big play on Hens horse but he;d put me off, 'back Tiutchev, you'll thank me later'.
The rest is history....

BOG WARRIOR.. I have been wondering all season will he come over but I think he might just do that if he's impressive again tomorrow. I just don't want him spoiling the party in the Arkle.
