Seems they are planning to run him in the Game Spirit

I run Hold Fast in the Betfair Super Saturday Chase (I have been told I can't call it the Game Spirit any more), fitness permitting. This horse is very tricky to train as he has intermittent lameness and foot problems. But he is 100pc at the moment and he certainly deserves to take his chance after his impressive Sandown handicap win, albeit one off just 137. That was the same race that Master Minded won (off 145) before winning this in 2008 and then the Champion Chase.

Forgets to mention that MM was about 3 years old at the time

I would have thought they would try to exploit his handicap mark rather than going for a conditions event - bit disappointing as I took a punt on him at 14s for the Grand Annual

It seems PN wants to have one in the QM and I guess Wylie is happy to oblige.  I would have thought Kauto Stone would have been directed at the QM (I backed him EW NRNB for it @ 20s) but looks like he is going for what is starting to look like a pretty hot Ryanair
