missing it (on purpose) for 1st time in 18 years. to me it has been diluted & lost its real magic with the 4 day set up.
i dare say i will be back and it is still a great meeting so hope those of you going have a good one anyway.
i reckon a few quid on Cinders & Ashes will get you off to a flying start.

Agree re 4 days way foward go up the Monday pm so as not to be rushing on Tues stay till Friday am get early train away from town i usually get a 9.30 back in London Paddington for 11am time enough to get closer to home meet a few lads in the pub that haven't been lucky enough to go watch the final day in the boozer that way avoid the madness that is Gold cup day...too many pissed up daytrippers plus after 3days racing definately jaded ....think i've got it nailed down now.....
