Is this deffo going for the champion or are they still possibly thinking of the mares race? Ta in advance

They will decide after the Irish Champion, but most likely CH, imvho
Agree with sint and as much as anything, not sure would want to go 2 1/2 miles yet
Isn't she owned by Moyglare stud? If so, I'd imagine they'd want to maximise her breeding value by trying to win or place in the Champion, which she could well do.
In any case, as I've said elsewhere, she could probably win the Mares Hurdle in 5 years time, unless Quevega is still on the go

t's been announced she's likley to skip Chelts for Punchestown. It's on one of the threads here somewhere.
Story in todays RP where Dermot Weld says she is unlikely to go to Cheltenham at all ! He wasn't even sure about Punchestown and mentioned possible flat targets....

Hisaabaat is 16-1 from 33s with Sky Bet for the JCB Triumph Hurdle after winning at Leopardstown.
Dermot Weld's charge had been second on his previous three starts but was galvanised by first-time blinkers here.
Leading after jumping the final flight, Hisaabaat (15-2), ridden by Andrew Lynch, pulled away from the Gordon Elliott-trained Shadow Catcher, who had made a mess of that obstacle, to score by a length and a half with John Quinn's Countrywide Flame third.
Weld said: "He's been very consistent and got a lovely ride from Andrew. We won this race last year with Unaccompanied and the logical move would be to have a crack at the Triumph Hurdle with him.
"He's taken a little time to get his act together but he schooled well the other morning and got a lovely ride.
"He had to win today to be considered for (Cheltenham) and he has done it well."
Sky Bet also cut the runner-up to 16s from 25s for the Cheltenham showpiece but in contrast Ut De Sivola, who had beaten the winner at Punchestown last time, is out to 33s from 12s after failing to feature here.

Dermot Weld's charge had been a market springer for the Stan James Champion Hurdle before disappointing behind Hurricane Fly in the BHP Insurance Irish Champion last month.
As a result her main spring target over timber will now be at Punchestown.

Has Weld stopped pissing us about yet or dont we know? its so bloody irritating as this to me has to be the best e/w banker of the meeting if she turns up

Is this finally for certain? I laid 9/1 on here on the belief it wasn't running and has been a volatile ride since then. Looks this morning like she is staying in Ireland but with Cheltenham you never know!
