flyingbolt threw one of his little one liners at me when I suggested the horse wants further. 'the trainer used to think that too...until he realised he was wrong', or somesuch.
'Bolty' will not be amused the trainer has gone off message.  |

The more I look at the field, the more I am willing to take the risk on Quel Esprit at 40/1. Laddies only 20's NRNB so I'd rather back him at double that price.
The more I look at the horse, the more I think its impossible to know how good he is, and if GC doesnt run, 3rd is very much up for grabs. His jumping is clearly a huge issue, but I guess thats factored in. |
