Yeah i heard that as well. but i just have a feeling he might lack the scope to make it, he'd have good bone being an ex aga horse, but he ain't very big, they've talked about going back on the flat with him, I reckon it might be better to mix that with the hurdles, as he has improved so much over hurdles, he is probably ahead of his flat mark. he is worth a try over fences all the same though
Mullins was at pains to point out how happy he was withMD's last run over hurdles, it might be just getting to the stage now where he might be a value price somewhere as well now, as long as Mullins can keep his upbeat bulletins to himself anyway.
