I've ordered it on Amazon as well, and the annoying thing is that the original estimated delivery date was 3/9, the same as when Mark was supposed to be mailing it out. However, since the delay there's no update on when to expect it, and all of you who were clever enough to get it straight from Mark are reaping the rewards.
It best arrive before my holiday or there'll be hell to pay! |

He's obviously delayed releasing it to Amazon etc so those who ordered it directly can benefit from getting better odds on antepost bets etc which is fair enough. However it would have been nice if this was reflected on the release date at the time of ordering
