The reigning Champion Hurdle enjoyed a spectacular campaign last season, with his Cheltenham success the highlight of five victories that also included the Irish Champion Hurdle at Leopardstown and the Rabobank Champion Hurdle at Punchestown.
"Hurricane Fly is back in training and most of the horses are back in now, so we're riding out lots every day," said trainer Willie Mullins.
"The weather will probably dictate where we start with Hurricane.
"The Morgiana Hurdle at Punchestown in November is an obvious place to start, but I don't really like to start making plans before they have their first gallop.
"A few of them that had extended seasons, like Thousand Stars, are being given a bit more time, but the majority of them are back.
"This is always a good time of the season, as all the horses are well and look good.
"It's a nice time to go out on the gallops in the morning."
Brilliant mare Quevega has won the last three renewals of the David Nicholson Mares' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, the last twice scoring on what was her first start of the season.
Mullins is unlikely to change her schedule this time around.
"Quevega will have a similar plan to in previous years and we'd be delighted to have her fit and ready for Cheltenham again," he added.
"She doesn't owe us anything now so we'll try to keep to the same plan, I think.

Wont be in there yet snaff,but believe me-you will be hearing all about him soon enough,Japanese flat bread import who under some rule of breeding the have in japan could not compete on the flat,dont exactly know all the inn's and outs of how meade's people managed to purchase him,but they broke the bank to do so and he is the talk of ireland over there at the moment,the talk is that he would have won the Ascot Gold Cup 50 lengths giving fame and glory 25lbs
