Said on a preview that if it looked like the ground was going to be softer on the Tues and there was no forceast rain then he may go for the supreme instead with the 4yo weight allowance. They think it being too firm is against him and also have 2 other lively chances in the Triumph. I think Nicholls is sweet on Zarkander.

But cruise he said on his twitter page he defimetly goes in the triumph...

Keeping options open I guess?

Captain Chris is in the Arkle but looking at his price on here I'd say he isn't running for sure.

Thought PN  made it perfectly clear that much depended on the ground if he went for the Triumph or not. As the forecast is for some rain later in the week he's obviously chasing the clouds hoping there's more cut in the ground on Friday.

With regards to Cpt Chris. Can you imagine the reaction if Henderson said a horse wouldn't run in the Arkle unless it came up soft, then declaring it 24 hours before a race when the ground won't be soft ?
