yes coup phoned them said bet was placed 15/11/10...if it is muliples in my case a trbl and dbls wel they stand and bino is a non runner , however all singles before the 29/11/10 will be a loser.............

its cammy eric ?? and i have just had it confirmed by shop staff the bet stands, any multiples regardles when they were put on with bino in them STAND , it is not up on the screens and you have to ask ? the staff dont even know till they read the rules or phone up THATS A FACT GUYS

cammy it isnt in their rules that they treat horses who dont make the race as void in multiples ... simples. Your multiple bet with Binocular goes down unless they were doing NRNB at the time. Same for singles. If you are on a specials bet it may be different and open to flexibility. If you are paid on Binocular in normal multiples when they werent doing nrnb it is very likely Peter Storrie who told you to ring up on the main forum is a Lads rep who treat you special to stop all your threads you started on every racing forum s l a g g ing them off.
Dont mind me though I've only known antepost rules about 30 years. |

well eric you are so wrong . go into the shop and ask them to show the rule book they have in every ladbrokes shop , antipost rules , all bets before 29th nov in multiples will be deemed as non runners and that is fact , i have been on here for 8 years and wud never talk pork abt something like this , so find out eric phone them or visit the shop wat i say is fact m8

An antepost non runner is a loser. If it is void like Hills then they will make your double a single. Their antepost rules are on their website go and get it and paste it here. I know 3 people who have spoken to their customer services and all have been told Binocular is a loser on multiple bets placed before 28th Nov 2011 ... strewth man what are you on?

eric this gets worse , after wat i have told you was the truth , then 5 mins ago i checked my e mail and lads are now saying its a losing bet ? a dunno wat there playing @ as i went to the shop today to get it confirmed and it was ?? will get back on the phone to them tommorow morning, that was the info i got yesterday , wasnt trying to wind anyone up

Mate the shop staff no nowt you should always ring customer services. I wont be having a bet with them this Chelts now as it has been handled badly and other offering more concessions. Goodwill goes both ways though the rules are clear imo the PR is where they lose.

It's a shame as you are really enthusiastic on here prob better you know beforehand though as if it came in you would feel twice as bad finding out you had lost. Have a great Festival ... Bucks will win a street get on him again in a single.
