Anyone who thinks that they have scratched Binocular to give Oscar Whisky a better chance should seek psychiatric help. The real villains in all this are vets and drug companies who reccomend use of these products on horses that are due to race.

I hope not but wouldnt be in the least surprised if he gets some stick during the week going to what I have seen on here and in twitterland.

then people are ignorant.its pretty clear to me that he has been very unlucky,and maybe the only thing he may have got wrong is listening to the vets advice.

Maybe they will play the verve when his horse enters the ring.

To be fair it wasn't that many years ago Top Cees won a handicap race at the festival and was booed on his way back to the winners enclosure.
And there were a few disgruntled racegoers last year when Binocular hacked up, but I agree it'll only every be a small minority and the vast majority will drown out the dissenting voices....

I imagine it will be a quieter than normal reception should OW win.
Suspect NJH will keep his head down this week.

Try booing any winner at Cheltenham  especially a Nicky Henderson one and you'll get such a look from everyone around you, you won't get the 2nd "O" on Boo out your gob. Anyway as HORSE9 says you wouldn't hear them for the cheers if a few idiots did jeer.

@ sageform I was wondering about that. Exactly why a drug which is supposed to leave no trace after 8 days still show up in the horses system. That surely is down to the manufacturer and not the vet who would surely use as prescribed?

Cant believe it was just to treat spots on the horses neck, fk sake incompetant and clueless so close to the race were they going to stop him running faster ffs. Two years in a row this guy is becoming more secretive than the fkin KGB.

oscar will deffo not win anyway as he is the 1st leg of my 4 day lucky 15 at 12/1...everyone can sleep soundly i can assure you .
