Is it easy to get from train station to course ie Taxi -Bus ... 45 Min Walk ?

Its abit of a treck to walk it.
Loads of buses are put on, £5er last year for a return. The buses are just outside the station and drop you off right by the track. Loads of marshalls at Chelt spa telling you were to go to get the bus.
On the way back you can get off in Chelt town centre or back at the train station - simples
