Monday, Colm Murphy is quoted on Sporting Life and PA Sport saying:
"I'd say it's more than likely than he'll run in the four-miler. I've been absolutely delighted with him this season, he's always looked a chaser. You can never be confident of any horse staying four miles, but I wouldn't have thought the trip would bother him as he's got plenty of stamina," said Murphy.

"But I'd say if it's quick ground he wouldn't even go."

Thursday, Colm Murphy takes Quito De La Roque out of the 4-miler and leaves him in the RSA Chase. I will take future quotes from the trainer with a large bag of salt.

Colm Murphy does this all the time. I feel sorry for people who have backed his horses.

I'm on at HUGE prices for the RSA, but if it doesn't rain constantly from now to the race then he's got no chance!

To be fair I think all trainers talk bollocks! Problem is they like to think they pull all the strings until the owners have a word and decide they want to run in a more prestigious race!

Hilarious how the ground is quick and his 'change of mind' appears to have backfired. Laugh my head off hope they dont water too much for him.
