Does anyone know if Raceform are producing a Festival Guide this year? It costs approx £3, it's in newspaper format and from memory is published 2 weeks before the meeting begins. An absolute bargain!
Look at the RP website I can only see a Weekender publication. Has this one taken over from the Raceform one? |

Dave - they usually give you a password and a link to the site where the info is posted. Last year the first one they covered was around March 3rd.

Yeah the preview evening updates are posted on the bettrends website a day after the preview evening.
Having been to a few previews the summaries are not great, they go on for 3 hours or more and cover every race whereas the summaries focus on the championship races with only brief mentions on the others. I went to the Royal Oak one in Prestbury last year, discussion was focussed on the Gold Cup and they went to Paul Nolan I think for his views, he responded by saying that he;d spoken to Nicholls who told him his nap of the week was Sanctuaire - didn't see that in the summary ! |
