Would have shaken up the front 2 if he hadn't unluckily slipped on landing 2 out, losing all momentum. Hope he remains under the radar.

Too big and raw boned - it will all happen too quick for him on the normal Chelters March terrain.

He can comfortably go from the front in the Jewson, if he can get to the second last without doing too much he wins. At Sandown he seemed to struggle to get into a rhythm. With BG back on I think Cheltenham can suit him, where he can pop out, make all, and his long stride will get the rest of them in trouble. Imo it will take a good one to beat him.

I would take your point more if he was a 6yo novice, who had a big frame to fill in time but as an 8yo I'm not sure there's masses further to go for him physically. He's done exceptionally well to finish where he did at Sandown on his 2nd chase start. Between now and Chelt i can really see NH working him hard to have him superfit, where he won't look quite so raw but more a serious chasing animal who can really dominate against a field of other novices, and with the experience of Sandown under his belt he hasn't got to improve much further physically or mentally in order to be properly top class. And it is also interesting to note that he was never entered in the RSA - which if it was felt he didn't quite have the pace, then they surely would have at least entered him in?
