When are the weights published for the festival handicaps?

Entries haven't even been made yet.

I'm not sure about weights, but entries are Feb 22nd.

Okay cheers, just looking at a few with regards to antepost, so not sure how people can bet already

A horse's official hcap mark is unlikely to change between now and then unless a) it runs again or b) it's recent form is franked, so it's possible to know pretty much where you stand before the weights are released (the Irish handicap is on a different scale to the GB handicap, so their official ratings do have to be altered, which is a grey area). A horse's current official rating can be found on RacingPost site for one.
