bookmakers moanng about turnover being down

i prefer to get the bigger odds presently then NRNB nearer the time...if they go NRNB now, all the prices will get slashed

but if i said to you you can have 8/1 non runner non bet or 10/1 with the normal rules wouldnt you take the 8/1 ? surely its a good idea to give people the option , its all about what the customer wants isnt it ? surely alot of people would like the idea of 2 different markets
