Go every year here. Fingers crossed going to be a close decision I feel. Enjoy it if you're there. I'll be holding my ' Bring five a live Kauto' flag - see you at the front.

Hoping the clerk isnt just following the party line here. If they are only interested in getting the corporate lot in the bars and we are going to have inspections until people are there spending money then it is a farce. They have to give a clearer indication/schedule on clearing the snow which seems the main issue as the ground is raceable under the covers.

Yeah if it's on I'll be there. Just hoping A) the race is on and B) the tube strike is cancelled or my mates is going to have to drive.

They are taking the mick if the ground is raceable under the covers and they cant get the snow off the top with machinery.

its going to take tractors with snow ploughs i would think.and they would put huge ruts in the ground in places making it dangerous.
Just cannot beat the elements, and should not be getting stick for it,all the other meetings are either off or in trouble as well yer know!!

Have tried and tried to get meeting on but will be beaten by weather. Why not race on next Tuesday a Bank Holiday.

Strong feeling is racing will go ahead on the 27th at Kempton which should include King George and Feltham also at Kempton.

Can you see a day making that much difference? They mentioned using JCB's in a recent press release to clear snow however it will leave marks in the ground obviously it depends how pronounced it has to be safe.

Why cant they blow warm air under the covers to get them off now there is no snow on top of them today?
Hot air balloon equipment should do it not impressed at all with the lack of ideas instead just sitting and waiting  which is the simple easy option.
