Was trying to find out if anyone had any news on Alan King's horse Walkon. New it was injured for last year but couldn't find any info to say how it is now. So i'm not to sure if it's still injured, retired, etc.
King's website doesn't really mentioned it. Say it's in training and thats thats.
Cheers revedesivola. Liked the look off it in 2009 but couldn't get a update on it's wellbeing.

Quoting from Alan's column in this week's Weekender:
"I have pencilled in Haydock's champion hurdle trial in January as Walkon's comeback race, as he wouldn't quite be ready for the Internaitional at Cheltenham next month and I don't think the Christmas hurdle would be ideal for his return. His ownwers are happy with the Haydock target and, with the progress he is making each week, it is something we are all looking forward to."
