i know ye and maybe he wil be a great jumper but it hasnt been unknown for bumper horses to be very sketchy over hurdles. he wil more than likely hack up but at what odds..... 1.10 or sumthin id say and if joe tizzard ends up on the ground then id be sick for life. i deffo wudnt call any1 stupid 4 backin him tho if u no wat i mean

Trouble is Reve these races don't tell you much. Only when you move into Graded classes it counts imo. Look at Dunguib last year.

Appreciate your point about jumping Cousin Vinny wasn't best of a hurdle.

By:
Rod Tidwell
When: 11 Oct 10 15:26
surprising to see him starting off at 2ml 5fur considering he shows so much pace?
By:

When: 11 Oct 10 15:35
Hills and VC were both 16s, maybe should have said 10/1 but you get my point

He would have done another lap at Cheltenham - will stay 3 miles nothwithstanding his pace.

Trainer says he's unlikely to run as its going to be to dry between now and Sunday and he wont run the horse unless its good/good to soft.

3 runs before Chelt seems the plan....if he sticks to the above plan you'd think Aintree/Punch after Chelt but thats a long long way off at this stage.

awesome this horse imo.

A sharp 2.5 round there is like 2 miles on some courses and the extra trip allowed him to travel easily for a mile and get his jumping sorted out. So much class it doesn't matter what trip it is until he meets the best.

Just watched the re-run. Terrific debut imo, everything you could hope for, and he deserves all the hype he gets.

I am taking the view that they will go 2m5f at Chelts and anything in double figures represents value in my eyes. Going to keep taking anything that appears at 11.

I was there today - got a good look at him in Parade Ring too, his owner is a lucky lady.

Profitable day Rease? Beautiful weather today!

Great day, was n't it?

Not profitable for me but only played in a couple of races and placepot (out in leg 4).

Apart from CC (Love)quite taken with Mason Hindmarsh and suspect the first four in the bumper might include some decent prospects. Intrigued by Wishfull Thinking too - never seen a horse fall at the first and jump all the way round before!

How d'you get on?

I was at Anfield mate. Didnt have a bet at Aintree, but just watched all the re-runs. Thought the same about the Bumper. Was annoyed we got moved back to the Sunday as normally go today.

I know its me and everyone else, but really taken with CC. Lets hope he can live up to expectations.
