Right lets try and get a good thread going here, i love a festival acca.  Nearly landed a big one last season if it weren't for i'm so lucky.

I will have a few accas but heres the first one i'm thinking of.
I find it very hard at this stage because you don't know with a few horses which races they are going to run.
So here goes.

ARKLE CHASE-Captain Cris 16-1 at Hills
CHAMPION HURDLE-Peddlers CRoss 16-1 at Hills
GOLD CUP-What A Friend 10-1 at HIlls

A £1 treble pays £3179
A £10 treble pays £31,790

Not bad for a start eh?Grin

personally wouldnt do any Accs at all this time of the year its hard enuff picking one winner at prices over 7-1 let alone three,Like the choices you have made horses unexposed that may have more to offer.worth a pound - tenner, but found out a few years ago wasting the odd bit of money here or there on accs doubles trebles seems to add up, found it better to just put singles on.

good luck.

just wait till much nearer the time and increase your stake a little it will pay dividends in the end to be honest it should be 100/1 for those 3 to run in the said races let alone win but if you do play then good luck to you.

Jimjo mate 2011 is what a friends year, they was patient with him last year, he does like cheltenham as he won there on his second chase start, you must think a lot of a horse to put him there on his 2nd start over fences.

nicholls wants to win the gold cup,  this year will be even harder for kauto and denman, IC will be there, i think what a friend is his best chance and a smashing price at that.  He is versatile with ground ,stays all day and has a heart of gold.  Sam thomas loves the horse and so do i. i'm gonna be on what afriend BIGTIME mush

Hoff i am not anti What a friend as i think you think i am at 10/1 he is probably value being trained by a first class trainer however i think the trainer stated Aintree is his course but lets look at the facts 4 runs at Cheltenham last in the RSA Pulled upin the Albert Bartlet both festival races 3rd in a grade 2 novice hurdle and his win he won by 7 lentgh giving the runner up 3lb in a class 2 novice chase its hardly Gold Cup form and i can see where the trainer is comming from again 10/1 maybe value come March i just think the horse is not as strong as IC Kauto Star (Who has nothing to prove)Denman the tank and a horse i like Weapons Amnesty its just an opinion

No probs Hoff dont get me wrong i bet it when it won at Aintree and it ran a cracker even although IC wasnt at its best and even if he had been i dont think would have beat What a friend anyway but thats we all love the jump racing everyone has an opinion i would like to see What a friend come out and win and run well at Cheltenham before the Gold Cup before i would consider betting him but i dont think there is a race at Cheltenham suitble for him until then .
