Would it not be possible to have an "official race" forum containing all the good threads, and a forum for people who like to have a bit of banter?
How many times last year did we have frustrated people moaning that such and such a thread had fallen off the bottom and cant be retrieved?
I enjoy a bit of banter,but I know it hacks people off when good threads are lost or messed up,Im more of a voyeur and dont contribute much if I dont have anything constructive to say.
I know some people seem to spend a lot of time on here, so could we not have a couple of moderators to keep the rubbish threads off the official one, I dont know if this would be possible though.

the problem last year was certain whankbags starting massive amount of stupid threads thus dropping the good ones off the bottom, they should just ban the cretins who do that

It goes from reasonably quiet up till a week before Chelt then whoosh.. total carnage, used to take me forever to find the threads that I had followed for weeks |

With the new interface, threads should not drop off anymore should they? I'm running a season-long review of the Post's footy tipping on the football forum, and can easily drag it back up every Saturday.

Is it at all possible to do a search on the forum? A few years back on the basis of comments on the forum, I had an antepost in early-Feb on SUBLIMITY for the Champion Hurdle @ 33's. I'd love to have a pointer again like that one.
And is there any way that some of the decent threads on the antepost forum that are Cheltenham focused can be transferred to here? |

you can search through google if you know enough keywords in the title and put the word Betfair in it
E-mail Betfair about transferring threads over, they have done it before with the old forum |

What about a thread for each race ? Over and above suggestions/fancies/banter etc.
