Dealt 5 Cards in Live Blackjack totaling 19 - Dealer Turned 19.. I lost.... Why!?

Hi,

I was dealt '19' over 5 cards in Online Blackjack.

the dealer then turned 10,9 also totaling 19.

This the first hand I have ever played online and for some reason had the urge to take a screenshot of my 5 cards... I'm glad I did as the dealer thought I was lying when I raised the question? claiming I only had 4 cards!?

Am I in the wrong here?.... i thought the ruling was that it should have been a push meaning I get my stake returned?

The odd thing it that after checking online i returned to the game and selected history, and it said it only had 4 cards.. but the table clearly shows i selected hit and was dealt a 5th card!?
